Education… I’ve studied Corporate Finance and International Strategic Management at Sorbonne. In the meanwhile, i worked as a Business Developer for Quintessentially in France and set up an association: Paris Interactif. We were publishing every two months 5000 free copies of our journal and had developed a community website. Our aim was to build the largest community within our university (it was in 2003/2004)… That we became after 6 months – Then we got hacked and we shutted down the association – Anyway… I also studied corporate finance at EBS Oestrich Winkel, Germany.

Work… In 2008, i joined a small M&A Boutique called Avenir Finance Corporate. We were specialized in listing companies on Alternext (small cap – french stock market). During spring 2009, I decided to join Guillaume Anselin to found Canny Cap, our own M&A and Fundraising Boutique… We have done 9 deals within 2 years. In July 2011, i had the chance to join a leading team within the tech fundraising space in France, managed by Pascal Mercier.
